Hershey Cookie Company was born out of a love for community and a passion for doing things the right way. We opened our doors in 2025 with a simple mission: bake cookies from scratch, use real ingredients, and share them with the people who make Downtown Hershey such a special place.
What started as a small operation inside Stuff'D Steaks & Hoagies on Chocolate Avenue has grown into something we're incredibly proud of -- a local cookie brand that Hershey now calls its own.
Our Philosophy
We believe a great cookie isn't just about the flavor -- it's about the feeling. The moment you open the box. The smell when it's warm. Sharing it with someone you love (or keeping it all for yourself -- no judgment here).
That's why we limit our daily production. We'd rather make fewer cookies perfectly than compromise quality chasing volume. When you order from Hershey Cookie Company, you're getting a cookie baked that day, with care, by people who genuinely love what they do.

The Hands Behind Every Cookie
Hershey Cookie Company is a family story, and like the best family stories, it starts in the kitchen.
Maria -- our Cookie Concierge -- grew up in a home where food meant love. With Italian and Polish roots, every holiday meant cookie baking alongside her mom, a tradition as cherished as any gift under the tree. Those moments shaped everything that followed: 20 years of catering, a passion for bringing people together through food, and eventually a cookie dough recipe she and her husband Brian perfected into something truly special.
Her mother may no longer be with us, but her spirit lives in every batch. And the tradition she started continues -- Maria now bakes alongside her daughter Elizabeth, the third generation carrying the same love for craft, family, and a really good cookie.
Finn, Maria and Brian's son, runs the kitchen at Stuff'D Steaks and Hoagies with a calm confidence backed by years of experience and a strong foundation in nutrition. On his days off he lends a hand on the cookie side of the operation -- because in a family business, there are no real days off. If you do not see him, you will hear him. Finn has a voice that fills the room and he is not shy about using it.
Behind every great kitchen there is a great family, and the Boltz family is no exception. Brian's mom Barbara -- Nan to the family -- has been a steady presence and a source of unwavering encouragement from the very beginning. Her belief in this little cookie company means more than words can say.
