Ordering
Can I order a single cookie?
We don't accept single cookie orders online. Our minimum order is a half dozen (6 cookies). You're always welcome to stop in at 108 W Chocolate Avenue and grab one while supplies last!
What box sizes do you offer?
We offer a Half Dozen (6 cookies) for $18 and a Full Dozen (12 cookies) for $35. You can mix and match flavors within your box.
Can I mix flavors in my box?
Absolutely. That's half the fun. You can mix any combination of available flavors within your half dozen or full dozen order.
How do I place an order?

How far in advance do I need to order?
We recommend ordering at least 24-48 hours in advance to guarantee your flavors, especially for special order and featured weekly cookies. Same-day walk-in orders are welcome while supplies last.
Do you take walk-in orders?
Yes! Stop by 108 W Chocolate Avenue inside Stuff'd Steaks & Hoagies any day while supplies last. Daily flavors are available until sold out.
Can I order for a future date?
Yes, and we encourage it. Pre-ordering guarantees your box and your flavors. We limit daily production to keep quality high, so pre-orders always take priority.
Flavors & Availability
What flavors do you have available every day?
Our 8 daily flavors are: Chocolate Ave Chip, Birthday Suit, Downtown Duo, Mini Attraction, Sweet Sugar, Thrill Ride Toffee, Amusement Park PB Cup, and Snicky-Doodle. These are available every day while supplies last.
What are featured weekly flavors?
Tuesday through Sunday we feature a rotating specialty cookie of the day. These are available in limited quantities and change weekly. Check our website or social media for the current featured lineup. Pre-order to guarantee yours.
Do your flavors change?
Our daily 8 stay consistent. Featured weekly flavors rotate regularly, and we occasionally introduce new special order flavors and seasonal creations. Follow us on social media or check the website to stay up to date.
Do you have seasonal or holiday flavors?
Yes! We love creating special flavors for holidays and seasons throughout the year. Keep an eye on our website and social media for announcements.
Can I request a custom flavor?
We love a creative challenge. Reach out to us at getcookies@hersheycookiecompany.com and let's talk about what you have in mind. Custom flavor requests are subject to availability and may require a minimum order.
Pickup & Delivery
Where do I pick up my order?
All pickup orders are available at our location inside Stuff'd Steaks & Hoagies, 108 W Chocolate Avenue, Hershey PA 17033.
Do you offer delivery?
We offer shipping on Half Dozen and Full Dozen orders through USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Local delivery is not currently available -- all local orders are pickup only at 108 W Chocolate Avenue in Hershey.
Do you ship outside the East Coast?
Yes, we ship anywhere USPS delivers including Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and box size. If you have any questions about shipping to your area, feel free to reach out.
How are shipped cookies packaged?
Our cookies are carefully packaged to arrive fresh and intact. We ship with care, but please note that some specialty toppings may shift slightly during transit. During warmer months, heat and humidity can affect certain toppings like chocolate drizzles, frosting, and candy pieces. We recommend having someone available to receive your package and storing cookies in a cool place as soon as they arrive. If you have any issues with your shipped order, contact us right away and we will make it right.
Which flavors are not available for shipping?
Some of our specialty flavors with fresh toppings are not suitable for shipping. Contact us and we can confirm which flavors are ship-ready for your order.
Freshness & Ingredients
Are your cookies made from scratch?
Every single batch, every single day. We use our signature dough made from White Sugar, Light Brown Sugar, Brown Eggs, Pure Vanilla, Flour, Baking Soda, and Baking Powder. No mixes. No shortcuts.
How long do the cookies stay fresh?
Our cookies are best enjoyed within 3-4 days of pickup. For best results, store them in an airtight container at room temperature.
Can I reheat my cookies?
Yes! Pop them in the oven at 300 degrees for 5-7 minutes for that fresh-baked warmth. You can also microwave them for 20-30 seconds, though the oven method gives better results.
What allergens are in your cookies?
Our signature cookie dough contains Wheat, Milk, and Eggs. We also produce in a facility that uses peanut and tree nut ingredients. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering so we can discuss your options.
Do you offer gluten-free or vegan cookies?
We do offer GF on Request options on select flavors at the same price. These cookies are prepared with gluten-free ingredients, however they are made in a facility that also handles wheat, eggs, dairy, peanuts, and tree nuts. What are the nutrition facts for your cookies?

Events & Bulk Orders
Do you do bulk orders for events?
Yes! Whether it's a birthday party, corporate event, wedding, baby shower, or office meeting, we'd love to be part of it. Contact us with your event details, date, and quantity and we'll work something out.
How far in advance should I place a bulk or event order?
We recommend at least 5-7 days in advance for larger orders. The more notice you give us, the better we can accommodate your flavor requests and quantities. For very large events, reach out as early as possible.
Do you offer cookie trays for events?
Yes. Our Mini Cookie Tray ($45) includes 24 mini cookies with up to 6 flavors per tray and is perfect for events and gatherings. We also offer 3 Cookie Bite Cups ($30) with 14 bite-size cookies per cup.
Can you do branded or custom packaging for events?
Reach out and let's talk. We'll do our best to accommodate special packaging requests for larger orders.
Fundraisers
Do you offer fundraiser programs?
Yes! Our fundraiser program is one of our most popular offerings. Cookies sell for $3.50 and your organization keeps $1.00 from every cookie sold. Your group collects the orders, submits payment minus your earnings, and we handle the rest. Real money for your cause -- clean, simple, and transparent. Contact us to get started.
Who is your fundraiser program designed for?
Schools, sports teams, churches, nonprofits, clubs -- any group looking for an easy, high-participation fundraiser. If your group sells things to raise money, our program is a great fit.
